Easter Saturday - 19th April 2014 - Kenmare – County Kerry

The Kerry Group Rás Mumhan is renowned as one of the top cycle races on the Irish domestic calendar. The Etape will take in the Beara peninsula and the Healy pass on a spectacular route which includes spectacular climbs through some of West Cork and Kerry’s beautiful countryside. At 145km the route will be challenging with exact details to be confirmed in January. The Etape Rás Mumhan provides the leisure & sportive rider with a rare opportunity to ride a classic stage of a domestic road stage race.

Outline of the Etape route on Easter Saturday 2014. Starting and finishing in Kenmare the 145km stage takes in the Healy Pass, the biggest climb of the stage and will mainly take place on the Beara Peninsula in Co. Cork and will pass through the towns and villages of , Lauragh, Glengarriffe, Ballylickey, Kealkill, Ballingeary, Ballyvourney, and Kilgarvan.
